Our rotary cutting dies are available in various grades of hardness and featuring the erosion technology (EDM). They allow us to meet any requirement, from conventional tool types to the development of complex special solutions.

Flexible dies for inline offset cutting allows you to print and cut in one operation. They are used instead of the offset or coating blanket for cutting, perforating or creasing in your offset printing press. The cutting tools are supplied ready-to-use and give perfect results.

Rotary cutting dies types:

 

  • AI-UNIVERSAL – suitable for all types of self-adhesive and single-material products: paper, PP, PE, PVT, PET, Tyvek, thin films on PET liner material, and other materials that are difficult to cut. AI dies are suitable for all jobs involving kiss cutting and total cutting.
  • 3L LASER LONG LIFE – thanks to laser hardening, this die features hardness levels of 65–68 HRC. Suitable for all types of self-adhesive and single-material products: paper, PP, PE, PVT, PET, Tyvek, thin films on PET liner material, and other materials that are difficult to cut.
  • NANOTEC – dies with ultra-thin microcoating with a hardness of over 80 HRC which reduces friction and glue and ink deposits on cutting contours. Suitable for all abrasive plastic and paper materials.

AI-UNIVERSAL and 3L LASER LONG LIFE are also available with additional non-stick coatings: Gluex Plus and GLUEX ULTRA, that prevents glue and ink deposits.
